Did the mod to my 2020 RGL same as you are doing except vance and Hines full exhaust. It runs strong above 3k rpm but unless your going to do aftermarket I would have except in CA hard to get some stuff and was thinking warranty Good luck fun mod pulls harder below 3k too FYI
I just had the stage 2 torque cam kit done, already had the SE air cleaner, SE tune and a full Rinehart system done including the performance baffles. Big difference through all gears , nice not to have to downshift all the time when passing and it's got a nice deep lope to it now, you are going to be happy.
Thanks, thats what Im looking for. That roll on torque and that nice Harley lope and sound.
You'll love it. I just had the same cam put in my '19 road king with the 107 two weeks ago. I've been running a stage 1 with the ventilator extreme a/c and rinehart DBX45 slip-ons with the SE tuner for a few months already. This is the cam the bike should have come with, noticeable increase in power, and it really improved the sound of the rineharts. It got more of a throaty growl upon acceleration now and a nice lope at idle. Here are some of my exhaust clips: stock, slip-ons, slip-ons + cam - https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL...idpBKWeXqK9XB_
Thanks, watched your clips. Nice sound, just what Im looking for.

the warranty is big for me. I did the 7 year esp with the SE option so getting all this done within 60 days so its all covered. The didnt say anything to you about warranty and header pipes? Id love to do headers and get rid of the catalyst but they said thats a definite no go for the warranty. The Rinehart slipons are a gray area but theyre EPA compliant so theyd have a hard time cancelling the warranty.
Love my TQ cam, it's the best bang for your buck upgrade. I had the DBX 4.5 slipons and it caused a very noticeable hesitation or dip right off the throttle, swapped out for the Torquer 450s and it went away.

Every set of slip on mufflers is EPA compliant, because as you said, the catalytic converters on our bikes are in the headers. As long as you have a set of slip ons installed (aka not running open headpipes), your warranty will be OK as long as you use the HD Screamin Eagle tuner.
I spend a lot of time talking with the HD techs at my dealer before choosing my modifications. Tab slip ons, Arlen Ness intake, and the HD tuner = warranty is still OK. The tuner is what gets flagged when they hook your bike up to their machines, and anything other than HD will automatically put a red mark on your bike's VIN.
It really runs great other than when just taking off...the autotuner will resolve it, if/when they finally release it...
Have you tried running any of the smart tune calibration cycles using just the SE street tuner? May help until the wideband O2 sensor autotune module is available for the 2021's
