E15 Fuel - Coming this Summer

Politics aside - hot off the presses - it's coming this summer. Not sure if it will be across the octane range, I would assume yes for some places.

Assuming at some point, only option for some of us will be to put E15 Premium in our M8's.

Maybe not a big deal... my first instinct is I don't like it.

So far it's just an option in 87 octane. Not a good idea for my vehicles, especially my M8. The Biden administration claims it will be lower cost which will incentivize many drivers to use it.

I saw it last week for the first time in Florida, it was labeled as 86…had to do some digging to discover it was 15% ethanol. Was a bit cheaper than 87 but no thanks.

Was it not labeled as 15%? I had always assumed it was a Fed requirement for it to be labeled. Maybe what I'm use to seeing is an Alabama requirement.

We have it where I live and have for at least several weeks.
I run non ethanol premium in my Evo and din’t really pay attention to what grades the 15 is.
