M8 Header Pipe - What are you using?

Catalytic converter is non restrictive so removing it won't make it "louder", that said, I run a full cobra 🐍 pro chamber head pipe and neighbor haters, had the haters prior, did a tune and it sounds good to me, obnoxious, hardly...the moniker of "neighbor haters" is a bit of an embellishment, but I like my exhaust. Busting open the motor for a cam in these 114 M8's isn't something on my radar to achieve sound or a few more ponies. It's a Harley "road bike", ride it!

racertb, keep your stock header, there is nothing wrong with it (use the saved money for something else). Cut the "cat" out with a 12" drill bit from Home Depot. You will get a little more sound with those mufflers. But mostly a loss of heat from the Cat, I measured before and after with a temperature gun dropped 125 degrees!! Good luck whichever way you go, CSM-H

bike feels great. I havent had it on a dyno. And I went from stock to all these parts at once. Bikes ride and sounds great
