Is it possible that the first loading of the 128 tune went wrong?
I guess it is possible. I could not get any faults to clear the 1st go around either, I'll blame it all on operator error. I rode a little yestyurday and man this thing pulls like a freight train!
I don't care for the clutch engagement, I don't like so much engagement play in the lever but I'll figure that out later
I have an oil leak at one of the push rod tubes. I've had it apart 3 times and discovered that some how the OEM aluminum upper tube is a little out of round where the oring sits. I ordered all new every thing and it should be here today. It stinks that I need to pull the pushrod assembly apart again but I can't stand oil leaks.
I'm going to take it for a dyno tune too. Anyone know of a tuner in the Central FL area that will use Dyno Jet software?

TH
Hopefully its a outside tube... Happens alot. PITA and a mess but easily fixable. At least its not a rocker, head or base gasket!
There's a few supposedly good Dyno's in the Tampa area, Cycle Rama and Those Dyno Guys. Another a bit more south, Weston Davern Chop Shop in Venice. Prob too far, but thats all I got... I do my own tuning with the wideband kit, so I haven't used any of then. Davern once did a pull for me for numbers only.
Be very careful of using Those Dyno Guys. It takes time to do the job correctly and he does not do it. Look at many of his dyno charts and the base run to the final run are just 1 to 1 1/2 hours apart. and he supposedly changed the cam, lifters, intake, injectors and did a complete tune. No way in hell that going to happen in the real world. he operates out of Cycle Rama so they are now one in the same.

I suggest you revisit that o-ring and silicon repair when it's convenient. I've heard that gasoline will eat silicon so resisted doing something similar years ago on a carb. Urban legend maybe? And, there's certainly more than one type of "silicon". Anyway, an un-seated o-ring is likely a future inconvenient problem. Congrats on getting it running.
