I found nothing wrong other than maybe a little assembly lube on the MAP sensor. I doubt that would have caused the issue but who knows. I also tried 2 different ways to reset the throttle position and unlike before I got all the hoistoric fault codes to clear. I'm not sure what I did differently. All sensors were correct and tight. I started off with the stock tune and it fired right up, then loaded the 128" tune and fired right up.
I honestly do not have a better answer than above. I was confident the first go around. I ran the pushrods again but don't think they were off to begin with. I re-gapped the plugs and cleaned the MAP, no other secrets. Although now that I think about it, when I pulled the throttle body I could see part of the oring sealing it to the S&S manifold, so I ran a bead of silicone on top of the O-ring.
I didn't have much time to do more than heat it up today and burn off all the oil on the exhaust. I'll heat cycle it again tonight and test the clutch side out tomorrow.
