Default Clutch adjustment question

If your clutch adjustment engagement point is where you want it and you have some slack after releasing clutch lever, is there any reason for re-adjusting the clutch during a 5,000 mile service?

I’d first make sure the spring has fully extended the cable adjuster. If that was too loose your engagement point isn’t where you think it is.

Just my opinion. As long that the engagement isn't to close to the bars or to far out, I wouldn't worry about it.
