I put one on my 2019 Tri Glide. The only difference was the new cover had 4 screw holes and not 6, the 2 in the middle where eliminated, did not cause any issues with leaks etc. in my case. Works just fine and I no longer need an external vent outside head breathers in the air cleaner housing.

I ordered that exact cover for that exact reason on 11/4/25 for my 22 SGS and my dealer says the the MoCo has them on back order till some time in March 26....... 
I guess the secret has snuck out and people are buying them all up.

The transmission cover fits for sure(4 bolts only instead of the original 6). But on the early softails you'll need to trim the side covers on both sides a little bit for clearance

California is getting so strict most shops won't ship ANY performance parts(cams, exhausts, tuners, etc) to CA
