top end noise

Default top end noise
i have a 2021 ultra classic, i have complained about top end noise since i purchased this bike, i had to 3 different dealer's & they all said it is normal, has any one out there experienced this same type of top end noise. It sounds exactly like a loose tappet on a jap bike. if every thing was not exactly the same in the heads it seems to me that you could get excessive valve clearance in 1 of the valves???

Maybe try a good independent mechanic .
These should be fitted OEM .

Adjustable rocker

Harley no longer offers the adjustable rocker arms.
