Okay, I just don't do crowds. The Wild West almost got me,but I couldn't do it. So we did make a trip to Northwestern Montana on the same weekend and only talked to folks that were on their way home not going-everyone said it was not the place to be,what's the 411? Sorry for the mix-up-told ya I don't do crowds!

I have plans to go to the Beartooth Rally this year on July 14-16. What were the comments regarding the Rally - what was wrong?

I don't know how you could have gone, and not had a good time. We had a great time! The people of Billings really rolled out the red carpet for us. Everywhere we went it seemed there was "Motorcycle Only" parking set up. The motels all had bike washes set up and at the Days Inn where we stayed, the continental breakfast was open all day and they added snack items like cookies and ice cold bottled water to take with you when you went out for the day. I don't think I ever waited in line for anything. HOG had so much entertainment set up, and so many different places throughout the Metra Park to enjoy it all, that I never felt like I was in a crowd at all. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a breeze due to the VIP status bestowed upon us by Billings finest. Their motor officers all ride Chopper Blue RK's and EG's too, and led the parade through town with their siren's and lights all going. I'd give it a score of 9.5. Then top it all off with some of the most beautiful riding in the World, what more could you ask for out of your $15 entry fee?
Just my .02, your results may vary.

Can't imagine why people would say that it was not the place to be. Everyone I saw seemed to be having a great time.

Like Steve said, there were a lot of things to do, everyone treated us really good, and the riding was second to none.

Regards,

Bill
