So there's a chance I may get sent to a base right outside of colorado springs in the next few months. just wondering if there is any good riding in that area and if there's anything to do. Besides seeing Pikes Peak anyways.

 

I've been all over that area, Gold belt tour is just to the west, Cannon City to Cripple Creek. All great and some the best riding or camping, I think

 

There is some great riding. Hwy 24 west and 67 to deckers and many variations. Plenty of choices and if you want to put some miles in on day trips the state is one of the best in the nation for places to ride.
