It says that it is, it's not. If you hover over the link it still says 1.19.0 as of 2130 Eastern time. All I did was copy the link and change the 0 to 1 and the download is live there.

I have a program that monitors that webpage for changes. I got an alert of the change. I saw that it said 1.19.1 but when I hovered over the link it indicated 1.19.0. I simply changed the 0 to a 1 in the download link and downloaded 1.19.1 and installed it on my bike. It installed as 1.19.1 and indicated that on the radio. If you look at the text file in the download it also says 1.19.1. It's on Harley's website. They made the change to indicate 1.19.1 and simply have not yet updated their link. The end.
