Go to Bentleys its in Arundel,Maine about 60 miles from Laconia.Nice Big Biker Bar always something going on there,Good Food He has a nice campsite an cheap motel rooms.
Bentleys is close to my dads camp. I havent been there yet, may this weekend though.
Also, the broken spoke in Laconia I heard is a good place as well.
The Desert of Maine is also an interesting place. I went there before with a Jeep rally.
Coos Canyon in ME is awesome, some fantastic waterfalls.
Sebago Lake I hear is pretty, but I have never been there myself.
Weirs Beach, where they have the Laconia rally every year is a fun area to people watch, and cruise around the lake in general.
I am guessing you have already ridden the Kanc. If not, totally worth it.

+1 to all these suggestions, that's my stomping grounds as well. If you hit up Bay Haven in Cornish, route 5 south is a nice ride that will get you headed toward Bentley's.
If you want to miss the worst traffic in N Conway, use North South road to dodge a good chunk of the main drag (assuming you don't want to go to the outlet mall! )
Looking for info on places of interest in the conway/n.conway/southern Maine areas. Done mt.washington already. Much obliged.
I'll be in the area for two weeks starting August 19th. Links below show a nice day ride destination.
