sounds like a great idea...I've been talking about putting a ride together for us NJ folks (once the weather gets a little better). This would definitely be something we could consider

Sounds like a cool idea Basil. I'll see if I can find the mag and what times these things go on. i know a lot of what they print is outdated, but we only need a couple weird places.

i read the magz religiosly, and have the book,
i will start looking at some things in the book, and try to get some ideas for a route

we were talking about the drive in in warwickNY in the other thread
supposedly, there is a girl who haunts this twisty back road that goes into warwick
i been on the road, and can get there, but dont know the name. creepy
also, we checked out a spot thats in the book, in double trouble state park
its this spot, you can get to it by canoe, then foot,
all the trees, are kinda blown down, in a twisted circular pattern
thats not so weird, weird thing is, no electronics will work in this circle
watches stop, cameras (electronic) ones wont take pics, cell phones , nothing
no bs, i live near it and been there
brought an older 110 mm camera there and it worked,
some kinda magnetic thing i guess
we love this ****
the book is worn already since we got it

I agree ^ I'm really looking forward to Spring now. As it gets closer, I hope we can all manage to pick a date/weekend to put this together. Sounds like a hell of a fun ride!
