---especially you guys & gals in PA and/or upstate NY. I never used to wave, but I changed my ways last summer. I wave at EVERYBODY now. Pedestrians, 4-wheelers, kids on bicycles --- doesn't matter. Let me know if you see me wavin' at you.
This last saturday after 6-7 hours bouncing around the sunny parts of central Pa., I was pulling in Nescopeck, across the river from home. I've been on the road these last three weeks, seeing 1-2 riders on week days. Well afternoon with 70 degree temps I was waving and waving.
Across the tracks on 93 into Nesco two riders approaching. Raised my hand to say hello, but didn't keep it up long enough to give an individual salute to the second bike, a sporty. He appeared to get pissed, yelling something.
My thought was to stay home on weekends as to not put up with these one day a week jerks.
I will continue to wave.
Hey paguy ---- What's the name of that place on Rt 11 that I've heard about? Some bar/restaurant down there. They have something going on almost every weekend. Maybe I'll see you down there sometime. I'm not too far away.
