47 knucklehead oiling issues

47 knucklehead oiling issues
Hello and thanks in advance for any help. I have a 47 knucklehead and am having some issues with top end oiling. Getting oil from cam.chest up to rockers but little to no oil to the rockers or valve spring area. Found a few pushrod tube leaks and have new tubes and seals ordered but not sure that is causing my issue. I know its controlled by vacuum. But would a small pushrod leak not pull any oil into the valve spring / rocker bucket area? Thanks for any ideas or help

do you have the fsm?
at lower speed, there is a by-pass circuit, been awhile but i think it is controlled by centrifugal force. does oiling improve with increased rpm?

I got it figured out, it turned out being the rocker shaft oil hole filled with sludge and not getting oil to either valve on front head. Pulled heads heads and cleaned everything. Working on new valves, springs and guides while there off. Thanks for the help.
