If you have an oil cooler, use any appropriate 20-50 oil, no cooler use synthetic. I like spectro gear and primary oil.
That's a new one for me. Why would you not use a synthetic oil in a motorcycle motor that has a cooler on the motor? Be it the oil cooler or the antifreeze head cooled one or the old school just air cooled?
Or is your post just referring to the primary case?
Harley now has a synthetic primary fluid.
Even Harley has recommended synthetic for years in their motors as a first choice?

They also recommend their street tuner. Would you buy one?
As for synthetic primary fluid...are you running an aftermarket clutch with Kevlar plates?
