Hi Ron, thanks for the reply i was thinking that, but Manual says evos are gravity fed to oil supply side of pump? i guess the manual in not always correct

Not sure about your first question. To me , you were asking about two different sumps. Evo is gravity feed to the pump inlet. This is known as a dry sump system (seperate tank). Sumps that are below the pump use suction (not gravity)to prime the pump, as in the A motors or your car. Ron
