Default Oil Change Question?
I have a 2008 FAT BOB and getting close to the 2nd oil change. Should I switch over to AMSOIL?

more to do with the mileage IMO, as i changed the first lot at 50 miles, then 500, then 1000 then went amsoil at 2200 People here are going to dissagree, but let it run to 2k on dino first then go syn...

I just pumped up my 88 twin cam to 103. New Crank, flywheels, pistons, heads, barrels and cams. From the first time it started till present it has had nothing but AMSOIL in it. Everything seated just fine. no oil consumption. So I guess the answer to your question is YES...

I changed my bike to syn oil at 100 miles.
