Hit the new member section and introduce yourself. I think you are referring to a year 2000 TC88 or EVO? because they didn't make a 200cc model and in the year 200.....well who knows?
Do a search on wet sumping with the search feature and you will find a lot of posts but if your sumping while the engine is running it sounds like your oil pump is kaput or you got some big obstruction in the return line. Check for a recall on that motor as well at the NHTSA recall website. Good luck.
