Put Redline Shockproof heavy in the trans last week and 20W50 in the engine this week, took her out for a test ride today and it has turned an already nice shifting bike into a silky shifter and lowered my engine oil temp by 20deg even though I have been useing another brand of synthetic oil.The shift is that much better that my wife commented that she could notice how it was much quieter and smoother from the pillion seat.So all I can say is that I am stoked

2Sore pit a link up to myoilshop. They have all the info you need on redline shockproof heavy.

Its hard to find. I called all the dealers and indy bike shops in the houston area and only found two indy shops that carry it. Easy to get online though.

ORIGINAL: bagr

How bout a little info on the Redline trans fluid.
Where is it available and what is it called. what Viscosity?
TIA,

What two indy shops carry it? I'm in Cypress and wouldn't mind supporting an Indy shop with my money. Better than the stealerships around here. Otherwise I guess I'll get it online.

Texas Thunder, baycliff off hwy 146: 281-559-2100
KT's cycle service, I-10 east of baytown: 281-576-4662

If I remember correctly TT is cheaper. Either way you have a drive in front of you
