Default Oil and filter question

So I don't have a manual yet and need to do some maintenance...Can you please tell me how many quarts of oil I need and is 20-50 ok? I have a lot of miles...I need to get her ready for a long hot ride...Can this fluid be purchased at like walmart or is it Harley/motorcycle fluid specific? Also, is the oil checked while on the side stand? This is how I was told to check...Whats the filter part number? Its an 04 Screamin' Eagle Electra Glide with the 103 and 95000 miles ...Any and all info would be appreciated...
Please see my other post in the transmission section....

You dint need Harley oil. Over priced for what you are actually getting.
Now walmart carries mobil 1 15w-50,I have used it and it works well, and it's cheaper than the v-twin oils.
If you want to use conventional I have seen some great used oil analysis with valvoline vr-1 oil.
If you are going to go syn,you can go an easy 5000 miles on the oil, conventional is still good at 3000 miles.
For the primary I use rotella t 15w-40 conventional. The primary need an oil that has the JASO stamp on it. JASO means wet clutch safe. Any oil with the JASO stamp will do fine in your primary.
Now tranny. I use red line shockproof heavy. It's expensive but worth every penny. If you cannot find shockproof then a 70w-90/70w-140 gear oil is what you want.
You are going to get a different opinion from each member so be prepared.
Any 20w-50 will work in your motor,so you don't have to buy the v-twin oils, however the v-twin oils are a good product.

Thank you...So do you know what the capacities are for each?
So can I do all this with fluids from Walmart? I'm in a small town
and not many places to choose from...Should the fluids be filled
while bike is standing up on jack and level?

Ok just spoke with Harley in San Antonio...He said Synthetic 20-50 in all 3 holes...Can anyone verify this? I know he should know but of course its different from on here...
4 quarts in the crank case...
Transmission checked on side stand...
Clutch checked straight up...
He says this is whats called for for 2003 and up Screamin Eagle 103's But I have 95000 miles so any input would be great...
