Anyone up for a ride tomorrow (12/29)? There's a few guys interested so far. I don't know where we're riding to yet but thought I'd check the weather in the morning and figure it out from there.
We're meeting at my place in Seal Beach at 10:00. I was thinking about riding to Mt Baldy via San Gabriel Canyon, Glendora Ridge unless the weather is really nasty. In that case maybe Cook's Corner and Hell's Kitchen.
We were at Cook's from 11:30 to around 1:30, then road up to Hell's Kitchen and had lunch, then road PCH to Mother's in Sunset Beach. We were at Mother's from 5:00 to 9:00 and had a great time there! Three different bands played. Allison the bar tender bought us dinner and a couple of rounds. I love Mother's!
I will be riding with the American Legion Riders again this Saturday (3-1). As always, all are welcome.
Here's the plan,
Meet at Post 555 at 8:15am. KSU at 8:30am. We will ride to Pasadena to see the Marine Corps Silent Drill Platoon perform at the Rose Bowl. Admission is free.
