the 1 is a beautiful ride, but you are turning a 5 hr run to 9 hr run. a lot of slowing, but worth the scenery. 3 days really wont give you the time you need for that.
Thanks ray thats what I needed to hear. All the info you guys have given me helps alot. I've only been on runs where there is a rally at the end and a large group came with us. I've never had to really think about routes or plan. Always just went for it.
Forgot the pass to get to Reno would still have snow. Sure seems like Spring Break gets earlier and earlier. Maybe winter is just lasting longer and longer. Either way, have a great ride and party for us that can't get free that week to ride.
Going south from Hollister is Hwy. 25. Lot's of twisties for miles & miles. Little traffic, but a little slow if you want to make time.
It then cuts back over to 101.
