Spudster , saw your trike Sat night on main , waited for a bit after the awards but never saw yah , maybe next time , I got home Monday night .. Was another fine year there riding \\; yes they need more venders !!!! I'm booked for next year !!!!
I live here in Baker City, I hpoe everyone had great time. I had heard that there were a few " lay downs " but not sure if anyone got hurt, yesterdays paper had not said much about it. I hope not. I'm not sure if I had more fun riding or sitting out front with the kids checking out all the bikes go by.
Made my reservations at the Best Western for 2009 before I left Sunday. Didn't get to see much of the countryside. Did a ride to Austin Junction and back...and drag the main. Yup, I was parked on Main Street Saturday night.
 \\;
2009 dates look to be the same as this year...because 2008 being leap year. Call and put your name on the list at one of the motels...that's what most folks do. From what I saw and heard rooms fill up fast.
 \\;
I wish there would be more vendors, but it is a great rally and the weather gods were definitely on our side this year!!!
 \\;
 \\;
We had a great time. \\; Already have our reservations for next year. \\; Defiinitely call now. Our motel is already booked. \\; Hopefully next year there will some vendors. \\; This year the vendor area sucked. \\; You would have thought there would have been more than just the 3 or 4. \\; Put about 1400 miles on the Glide this weekend. \\; All the locals we talked to constantly thanked us for coming.
Heard from couple 'locals' that vendors are being charged high rent, that's why they're not showing up. Don't know if that's true, but at least we can keep the economy of Baker City intact. The townspeople were happy to see us.

Great pictures Greg.
