To all Laughlin goers: I wrote this in another thread but thought I would let you guys know my good buddy owns a Sports Bar/restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga and is opening early on Thursday the 22nd for us riders. They have great food and drinks. Very reasonable prices. We have around 10 to 15 bikes meeting there at 8am sharp. If anyone wants to tag along or get a little thirsty on the morning ride stop on in. It's call Peppers Sports Bar on the corner of 19th and Archibald. Just south of the 210 fwy and Archibald. It is on the Northeast corner next to Stater Bros. If anyone wants any further info just PM me or if anyone is looking for some riders that don't want to go it alone, tag along. We take the 134 through Silverlake and Hesperia out through Lucerne Valley, 29 Palms, Joshua Tree, Amboy, Needles and into Laughlin. we make around 5 to 6 stops to wet your whistle. It is alot of fun with some great commeraderie. Everyone ride safe! 11 days left BTW!!!!!!
Thats cool I'll let the group know. I know we're meeting up with some friends from L.A. area but not sure where. If we're in the area we'll stop by.
We are leaving thursday morning, staying at the Aquarious at least untill saturday.
Keep us posted of any meet and greet, would like to put faces to some of the names.
8 days baby. thanks for the offer for breakfast but we meet in Banning at Denny's as some of our party is coming from the south and that is the most central location for our route 66 route.
Also planning to ride through 29 plams and amboy... but if the rain hits hard, you all better take care and consider alternate routes as the roads do flood in some of them area's.
I once hit some bad flooding ON the 10 around Cabazon. Fortunately the rain had passed before I got into the crossing to the 40. And I was in my truck, not on bike.
That was a pretty bad storm with lots of rain. Just be aware.
6 more days !. Will be renting an Ultra from LV HD and ride down to see what Laughlin's got to offer. Then heading on for Kingman and Route 66 South towards to Oatman and Lake Havasu City where we'll be spending our night there. Will be riding on a big loop towards to Parker, Prescott, Jerome, Sedona, Flagstaff, Bellemont and stop at Seligman and Route 66 for the 2nd night before heading back to Las Vegas.
