I hit the road on the 22nd and back home on the 1st.

My snowbird renters left this year with instructions to turn water off to the house. They also turned off the water to my sprinkler system. Messed with the timer. Luckily I have a friend who noticed when he was in the area, and a cleaning lady who's nice enough to swing by the house every other day and run the system manually. Saving me from arriving to dead plants and trees.
