it was cancelled last year? now you tell me .. oh well I will go again this year but will not do it one day up and one back getting to old for 500 plus a day I guess

I'll be there. I've already made my hotel rez for 6, 7, 8, in Gilroy.
The Best Western in Hollister is 212 a night. I got the Comfort Inn for 72.

The vibe just wasn't the same last year. There is usually so many people you couldn't tell how many cops there were. On Saturday last year it almost seemed the cop/biker ratio was 1:1. The only thing I don't like about the setup this year is San Benito St. will be closed to bikes, so you can't hang out and watch the parade of bikes ride by.

It wasn't held last year, officially, and Hollister was crawling with more cops than bikers.

I haven't been there since 1979.
