I'm still waiting for my PAS.I downloaded the app to my phone and the maps i want to use.
I'm not a fan of mounting a phone on the bars. Can i just leave it in my pocket (not on a charger) and have the bikes nav feature use the maps, or does it need too be plugged in and turned on. I also don't have a data plan.

Harley updated the app today and the navigation will know work with no route and the phone locked. A side affect is the music volume goes up and down and the map updates. As soon as you leave the navigation page on the infotainment system and go to the home screen the music plays normal.
I am using an a OnePlus 8 android phone that is upto date on software. Curious to know if the same problem happens with an iPhone.
