I have a large group of HD riders and setup rides via HD Planner Mapping. All of a sudden, when I go to save I am now getting the message: "You can't access a private ride that isn't yours!" It lets me save it but I can't download to a GPX (just get that message). I have looked at all forums via search and there does not appear to be anything on it. I was looking to create a new issue and can't see that either. Please help - I have spent HOURS on this problem.

Yes - I can share it, but anyone I share with gets the same message: "You can't access a private ride that isn't yours!"
I even placed on Facebook. When you click on it you can view it and save it, but once you try to download it to PC or any device, you get the message.
Since it appears that others are having the same problem In frustration I called the HD relations. It turns out that they are aware of the problem and are looking into it. As an intermediate fix, it appears that you can use the app on your phone and save directly from your phone into the Boom Box (haven't tried it yet to see if it really works).

I just downloaded it no problem. See the attachment, you will need to delete the ".txt", you can't upload a gpx file for some reason so I added that to upload.
I got a message the other day showing that my browser was no longer supported so started using Chrome to use the Ride Planner, maybe that is the issue.
