Picked my bike up from the 1k service 2 weeks ago and they said they updated the software but it didn't fix my clock. Annoying but not life-ending.
Yep. Thought all was cured but in 4 days I've lost 2 hours. It will correct itself if synced to the app but as you say, annoying but not life-ending.
More annoying is my key still not being recognized one time out if two. I don't know if it's the key itself which at fault or interference with my garage key maybe but it pisses me.

Mine just started doing this this past weekend.
When I turned so my pocket was closer to the bike it worked again. Only thing different from usual, I was wearing my Kevlar jeans for the first time...
I got the PAS back on Thursday after 6 weeks waiting on parts. I have had the issue with not starting when I shut it off after a three mile ride. Finally started and went to the nearest dealer who reset three codes. No problem since. Rode 200 miles yesterday. Today customer care called to check on my bike and I mentioned the clock issue. He said that they are aware but have no fix as of today. Really like this bike, hope to get everything worked out on it. A1risers are in the near future and Im on the list for the V2H bags. The CVO Street Glide got knocked over by a tractor pulling two grain bins two weeks ago. Still waiting for the estimate for repairs. My luck never disappoints!
Took mine in for a couple of issues one being the clock losing time, don’t ask what they did all I know is they did preform an update and since then, over a month ago my clock has kept perfect time, over a month and it is dead on.
Lucky man. I think they probably lit a candle to St Jude the patron Saint of lost causes... ... and it worked. Mine's still out by an hour but I have ceased to worry. My wife says I'm making progress...
On a good note, but nothing to do with this, I find the latest update of the HD app has improved the navigation app a lot. Anyone agree ?
Now this photo is really sad. Feel for you there. Can't imagine the guy behind was happy too.
Looks like you could have ended up under the wheels there !
