Grocho, when I was trying to figure out what was what on my 65 Pan that I am working on, the only thing I had to go on was Palmer's 2nd ed on Restoration. Because there was almost zero on 65 models (soon to be corrected with the 3rd ed) I compiled a list for 64 Pan models. Might be some flaws in it but this should give you something you can look at.

1964 Painting and Detail

Cadmium Plated Parts

Motor:

Top motor mount brackets, lower motor mount flexlocs #7775, OHV rocker external oil lines, cylinder base nuts, tappet guide screws, timing gear cover screws, timing plug, oil pump spring caps, oil pump stud tall nuts, oil pressure switch adapter, generator bolts.

Carburetor:

Manifold clamp screws, choke lever, choke rod, choke shaft, choke disc, lever screws, low speed lever bolt, low speed needle ****, high speed needle ****, body plugs, idle hole screw cover, low speed needle lever, float valve cover cap, float bearing screws, carburetor drain plug, bowl lock nut, throttle lever, throttle cable connector #27450-36.

Circuit Breaker Cover:

Cover retainer, base, base retainer clip, shaft housing, control strap #35294-47, and screw #32593-47 and wire clip #9971.

Transmission:

Shift rod, shift rod end, shift rod end bolt, footshift rod nuts #7744, gear shift levers #33660-52 & #34606-52, footshift cover screws #2336, handshift gate bolts, tank handshift lever bolt and nut, top cover screws, vent screw, side cover studs.

Clutch:

Clutch rods, clutch rod ends, clutch rod end bolt and flexloc #7775, booster spring cover, booster cover screw #2751, booster spring eye bolt #38502-52 and adjustor #38674-52, and booster bell crank, shaft and flexloc #7775.

Axle and Wheels:

Spokes, spoke nipples, front axle, sleeve, washer and nuts, rear axle adjusting screws.

Rear Brake:

Hydraulic steel lines.

Front Brake:

Brake control coil clamp screw, brake cable clamp bushing #45033-49, brake hand lever pivot bolt and nut, hand lever bracket clamp #45030-28 and bracket screws, front brake cable tube, adjusting screw and clip, and master cylinder cap.

Fork:

Fork stem nut, tube plug, slider cap studs and flexlocs, slider cap (polished optional), steering damper anchor plate, steel washers, anchor pin and **** tension spring.

Chassis:

Head cone nut, grease fittings steering head bearing cups, shock absorber cam parts and stud nuts, seat post, spark control coil clip #9957 and bracket #56628-54, spark control coil frame clamp screw, spark control clamps #9959 (45) and #56626-49 (BT), inspection and clutch cover screws, primary chain cover screws #1210 and inner chain guard drain pipe.

Fuel and Oil:

Gas line, gas tank crossover line, gas filter, gas shut-off valve, shut off rod, shut off **** screw, shut-off rod seal cap, oil lines and nuts, oil tank cap, oil tank drain plug, oil line nipple #63533-15.

Electrical System:

Nice scooter! I have a 64 as well, and I'm currently (slowly) getting it put back together. Not going completely stock, but it will look pretty stock when I'm done. Love the DuoGlide!!

It is rumoured that there is a HD Factory Archive department which can send you all the stuff your bike came with if provided with VIN

Palmer's 2nd edition is where I got my information from. And having recently received his 3rd edition I made the same type of detailed list for my 65.
