Default 2 right side flywheels?

I was told the other day that I have 2 right side flywheels in my 53 pan. Does anyone know if this ispossible? If so what about a timing mark? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Ah! the old cheapo light flywheel trick. If someone hasn't ground a mark for TDC in the visible wheel, TDC is easily found. First, remove the plugs and turn the crank by hand. Put a finger in the front cylinder and turn til you feel the air pressure of compression stroke. Place a thin screwdriver or other suitable rod in the plug hole and continue turning the crank until the rod moves up and stops moving. Rock the crank back and forth slowly to assure the rod is at the very top of the stroke. That is TDC for the front cylinder. Set your points acouple degreesretarded so she don't kick back andstart the motor, You can fine tune by carefully rotating the points while it's running. You won't have a low idle cause of the light wheels, but she should rev up fast.
Boy, talk about old school sh*t!

My 50 pan is set up exactly the same way (did it in 86). 2 years ago I finally took out the stroker plates and went with off set pistons. Still runs like a raped ape...basically a poor mans version of getting more with less.

Gumby, I found it, not sure why a search didn't find it, but what the hell!
