STD makes aftermarket heads for pans but they are not cheap. Fleabay has them but most need work and mean green to make them run right. Guess it depends on if you are going for stock or just personal taste as well.
There are a lot of configurations you can make work depending on head and case work...but bottom line unless your long lost cousin has a set stashed away for you and dies and leaves them for you, they ain't cheap. And I have yet to see anyone let the go for cheap.
Just the reason why you saw a bunch of pan lowers with shovel top ends back in the day (pre-66 stuff)

If you get the chance pick up a copy of Palmers Guide on restoration. Not sure what the casting numbers are on you heads but unless you are trying do an AMCA white glove special, you can just about modify most late heads for the early heads 48-54 plumbers manifold/ 55-65 o-ring manifold.
