Looks like a pan frame w/ sidecar mounts still in tact If not altered could be worth 3-4 K maybe

57 was the last rigid frame. So yours is pre-58. Front end is dual disc and definitely not 58 (still running drum back then) Just a first look. Bottom line don't mean nothing. Hope you got it at a fair price and gonna run the **** out of it. Nothing like a panhead going down the road. Enjoy it!

Default gas tank is from a 1954

So I would think that it is a strieght leg 1954 frame. the bike is probably put together out of a 1958 & a 1954. or maybe a few more. It deffinently has great potential. I love the panhead bikes, I maybe a little prejudice though since my first HD was a 1951 FL. & still hve tweenty some years later.

Nice looking project. That seat looks way out of place on such an old bike. IMO.

looks good. whatever you decide to do with it, put it back all original, or go with what youve got, it will be a blast to go for a ride on, yeah the seat has to go.

The guy I bought it from said the frame is a 57 Harley frame. I also got the original 58 swing arm frame with the bike. The seat is going to go, I ordered the entire pogo seat setup. The guy also said he bought the front end new several years ago. He said it was an early fatboy but I've never seen a fatboy with dual discs.??
