high speed backfire

Had it 2 weeks I,m a rooky but Know my way around a shop a little , I think there called plumbers , do they just unscrew?

Yes they do you might want to convert to the o'ring style intake manifold system Much much better J&P shows one P/N 401-635 made by Colony or try the silicone first Clean the manifold and plumbers fittings (brake clean ) wipe the silicone all around the area let it sit overnite then see if it seals better I'd convert it my knucklehead has the conversion Good luck
