You have to just suck it up and buy the paint from them. My boyfriend does custom paint and has yet to get a paint code from Harley.
Some paint shops can scan the color and make a pretty close match but it's not exact.

find an automotive paint supplier that handles local body shops. I have a local guy here who can scan the paint on the bike via a computer and can mix everything but some pearls ( not able to do 13 SG chrome yellow pearl or blackice for 10 dyna). he's made me red hot sunglo for my 09 UC and pacific blue pearl for 07 sporty.
