I have a raw stretched tank and need to clean up the seam and get ready for PC, will Bondo be conductive for PC? Or do I have to do some other form of fill?

nope it will not last... metal lab is a powder coat safe filler but is only good for one cure cycle... when we coat tins we will body work them witht the grinder and hammers, then will use a filler primer to fill, block that out, then top coat, then clear, then wetsand and buff... if you want us to do it we do them very often!
