Default New paint scheme on Bagger

It's been a while since I visited/posted. For some strange reason I am trying to repaint my bagger during riding season. Ughhhh... Anyhow, thought I would share some of the pics of the progress.

Here is the theme I am working on. Pics in my albums, old paint and new.

Thanx! The new paint job also includes a KlockWerks front and rear fender, all other parts stayed the same.

New wheels on the way from DNA. Should set it apart from the old blue bagger.

I found a hi-res side shot of a silver street glide just like yours... Then started drawing in layers above it until I came up with I wanted... if u have photoshop, I can get it to ya if you want to experiment? Leave my old layers in there to show you how I did it to get wehat I was looking for... PM me if you have at least Photoshop CS3.

VooDoo, BTW, that front wheel is kool as hell! I have one from DNA on order that looks like the 5 star in the Army logo... so I think it will be sweet with the bike... if it ever gets here!

Also, I have more pics of it painted in my HDForums Album...

Bro I only wish I had it and knew how to use it (photoshop). They never tought me that in school like they do now a days. It was Oregon Trail for me with the green screen comp on the only computer in the school ha.

Thanks on the wheels. Yea the wheels are what attracted me to the bike. Saved me $2500 and they are BADAZZ to boot. There RSD BOSS Contrast Cut. they also have a black-ops cut as well.

Hmmmm, Kevin, I have a bunch of ideas too! Liek some kind of military style floorboards... maybe like the ones you have where the edges are ribbed, I also found a set of fake pineapple grenades on ebay I am going to tap and make them rear footpegs. Little details I think will make my "theme" better.

Cool!

When making your grenade pegs, make em so they will rotate with firm pressure, your passenger will thank you.

It's looking good!

Have fun!
