Default Adding electronic speedometer

Has anybody drilled and tapped into their transmission for a speedo sensor? It does not have the block off plate OR a distinct raised area of where one would go.

Get the speedo pickup first so you can get the dimensions right. You will need a .030 to .040 air gap between the pick up and the gear that it reads off from.
