Transmission slipping
I would be cruising along in 5th and when accelerating it would slip into neutral. I proceeded to downshift into 4th and it would do the same thing then eventually go into gear. Then proceed with acceleration and it would do it again, in every gear.
I have already adjusted the clutch and took it out, no fix.
What should I do next? Inspect the gearbox or clutch plates? Adjust something else?

#2 When you state "I would be cruising along in 5th and when accelerating it would slip into neutral."
Does it actually shift into neutral ? ,which would be rather odd or does the clutch slip ?, which is a
lot more common?
#3 You state "I have already adjusted the clutch and took it out, no fix"
Did you adjust the clutch at the clutch pack?
Did you adjust the clutch when the bike was stone cold? parked for at least 8 hours?
By "took it out"...do you mean test ride?
We can not see or hear so if the information is incomplete and the description is not clear then it becomes rather difficult to provide a possible solution.
Mileage unknown as I bought the bike and it has no speedometer.

#2: yes, the clutch is slipping into neutral in almost every gear on highway and in town riding.
#3: bike sat over night for maybe 12hours.
