Default Clutch went
I believe my clutch went but some have told me it could be the transmission I got on the highway got my speed up to 70 and I soon noticed that it was revving high and my speed was dropping I am hoping it just needs a new c clutch

Sounds like a clutch. Its a fairly cheap and easy diy fix.

You could try adjusting the clutch and the cable before buying parts....

Always try the simple stuff first. Just think how you'd feel if you put in a new clutch and all you needed was an adjustment.

What's needed first of all is a diagnosis! As commented above, clutch slip may simply be a clutch in need of adjustment. Take one step at a time.
