Default Troubled 00 5 speed

Hello all, hoping someone can help me with my 2000 fxst (softtail stanard). I have the 88b and upgraded to 95 cu.in. high compression pistons and gear drive 211 cam. Ended up bumping my hp to 99 hp. Now I am blowing seals in my trans. I seen video of someone else doing the samething with their 88b and having the same problem. The race on main shaft is unable to do it's job do to main shaft flexing and destroying seals(main shaft seal on trans,seal inside mainshaft, inside primary seal). Is the stock main shaft able to handle the added hp? If so, would replacing the race be the ticket?

The needle bearings in the main drive gear have likely walked If the inner primary bearing race walks you can got to an SnS bearing race. BTW, I've got 80K on a 02 bagger that has been over 100 hp for 60K and haven't blow that seal.
