Default Primary Cover 60685-07A

Does the Primary Cover 60685-07A with built in Oil Deflectors Achieve the Same as the Plastic oil Deflector 62700063 that comes with Screamin Eagle Compensator kit 42200064A??
The Plastic oil Deflector is the same shape but a little different.
