Primary/Transmission/Driveline/ClutchFind answers to general powertrain, primary and transmission. Have clutch issues and need suggestions? Post them here.
My friend and I are working on the idea to replace the complete driveline on our bikes. I ride a 2001 Roadking and he has a 2004 Nightrain. We are searching the internet, but the best driveline packages are all EVO based. As far as I know I cant fit a EVO drivetrain in my stock TC frame.
Or am I wrong? Did someone make an adapter to fit EVO in a Twin Cam style frame? Or is the modification needed relatively easy?

Could anyone share his or her knowledge. Thanks!!

Why? Well, we want to make something special. A beefy enigine and a external primary beltdrive on a roadking is something new (at least over here). But drivetrains for a EVO engine and frame are well available, but for a Twin Cam they are not. S&S seems te be the only one to do this, but thats going to be much more expensive than the EVO options. So we rather modify the frame to fit an EVO engine.
