Default Help needed removing front belt pulley nut.

Removing the locking nut on the front belt(transmission mainshaft) on my '07 Dyna is killing me. Bought George's 2 1/4" nut removing tool but can't get the nut to break free. I don't have the pulley locking tool and have been using hockey pucks between the belt and sprockets. I have about a 20" 1/2" breaker bar. Do I need to use a piece of pipe over the bar?

Need help, any suggestions, what works here?

The Electric Impact wrench is the ticket. I just pulled my primary without putting a ton of stress on the chain. Just put it in gear, Tie down the rear brake and pull the trigger on the impact wrench. Comes right off. Same thing to put it back on. Just remember loctite and let the impact wrench torque that thing down. Its what the dealers do anyways.

Wow, Electric impact did the trick. Put Georges 2 1/4" tool over the front belt pulley nut, electric impact into that and off it came after hammering for about 15 seconds. I wresteled with this thing for 2 1/2 hours last night with breaker bars and got nowhere. Impact spun it off in less than a minute.

Thanks for the advice!
