Default trans. primary fitment

I got a santee 4-speed frame and i've been searching for a motor, i'm leaning toward a crate evo. My question is, if i use a 4-speed kicker would i have any issues with connecting the two with a primary belt drive? It is also set up for chain final drive. Any help would be greatly appreiciated

If the Santee frame is a clone of a 4 speed frame, you may not be able to fit the Evo into it...

i found a trans. mount plate for a 5 speed in a 4 speed frame. so i'm going with the evo. and a five speed tranny. shouldn't have any problem after that. thank you all for your "help".
