Primary cover bolt stripped - help
Have a 2009 Road King and stripped one of the torx bolts to the primary cover.
1. How can I remove the stripped bolt?
2. Where can I buy hex head or allen bolts? I'm in Germany so need to order via internet.
3. What size are the bolts - are they coarse or fine thread - what #?

Use one size larger torx bit and this

to remove the stripped screw. I am assuming you are saying that the head is wallowed out and the threads are not stripped.
If there is a Harley Dealer near you they can sell you stainless steel allen screws to replace the torx screws on derby cover.
The outer primary cover is already allen screws.
