I'm having a little trouble with the clutch adjustment on my 2001 softail. Finding neutral has been a bit tricky.
I usually back the pushrod off 1/2 to 1 full turn so this time I backed it off 1/4 turn. It's a bit better but still somewhat stiff. The cable is adjusted as per the manual.
The only mods are a gear drive, Woods 6 cams and an easyboy kit. The stiffness may have started after the easyboy went in but I'm not sure.
With the clutch and cable adjusted as described why would neutral be hard to find
Will backing off 1/4 turn lead to problems?
