Prior to leaving for Sturgis I ordered a Tour Master Elite Rain ($50) Jacket and Tour Master Elite Rain Pants w/Nomex ($50) from Dennis Kirk. I used the suit about a half dozen times for maybe 500 miles worth of heavy rain riding. While the suit did not keep me completely dry it did do a decent job.
Upon returning from my trip I noticed a small abrasion in the rain pants.
I went to the Tour Master Website and there is no phone number to contact them. I have now sent them numerous emails and they have yet to respond to any of them.
To me good customer service is as important if not more important than the product itself. As a result I cannot recommend Tour Master or any of their products. As a matter of fact I recommend that you look elsewhere for your rain/cold weather gear.
Hi
I had trouble with Firtstgear Rainman Jacket, i believe theyre part of same company called Fairchild Sports, defective bungee in waist. Also was very hard to find someone but eventually contacted Brad at 800-416-8255 who connected me with Frank Stevens, 714-731-7221. He sent me a replacement and was great to deal with. Ive been satisfied with quality of gear.. HOpe this helps, let me know.
