Just a fantastic ride today through Wisconsin's heartland. You'd be hard pressed to beat the combo of fall colors, upper 70's temps, rolling scenery, great places to stop, etc. If you're anywhere near Wisco, come on out, tomorrow is supposed to be a carbon copy of today!

 

Any more pics? Please post some more. I've heard from my RVing friends that Wisconsin is one of the most beautiful states. Would love to visit one day soon.

Yup Wisconsin much nicer than flat land Illinois....

Actually its the east shore of Green Lake. They had sort of a festival in town today, was pretty nice. Green Lake is sort of an undiscovered jewel.

 

Great weekend to be out. Looking for something on the bike while on the Cassville ferry. Oh, $8.00 per bike.

 

Yup, we rented a Trike Friday and made 150 miles mostly on county roads in Wisconsin. It was a perfect day.

 

Unfortunately, I'm stuck at work all weekend pulling 12.5-13 hour shifts.

Fortunately, I did get in some quality rides in earlier this week with the same fantastic weather.

 

If you ever get the chance ride the Western side of the State. I live in what is called the south east part and it is a great ride but the west hands down beats it
